2. Booking Process
- Reservation: Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Provide accurate information to ensure the correct size and type of skip are allocated.
- Confirmation: Upon booking, a confirmation email or message will be sent detailing your order.
- Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup of the skip.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before the skip is removed from your property. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your skip hire, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability
Skip Hire Highgate is not liable for any damage caused to property or injury incurred during the skip hire process, except where such damage is due to our negligence. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the area where the skip is placed is safe and accessible.
7.1 Damages
Any damages caused by the skip delivery or removal team will be addressed promptly. Please report any issues within 24 hours of service.
7.2 Insurance
We recommend that clients have appropriate insurance coverage for their premises when using our services.
8. Duration of Hire
The standard hire period is 7 days. Extensions can be requested subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
9. Access and Placement
Clients must provide clear access for the skip delivery and ensure it is placed in an appropriate location. If the skip cannot be placed as agreed, additional charges may apply.
10. Waste Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all waste disposed of in the skip complies with local regulations. Illicit or prohibited dumping is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if terms and conditions are violated, including misuse of the skip or disposal of prohibited items.
